Professor Devi Singh, currently serving his second term as Director of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow), and is a well-known Professor in the area of International Finance & Management. Before joining IIML, he was director of Management Development Institute(MDI) Gurgaon for four and half years.

Mr. Singhvi is the architect of Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited, a proxy advisory firm dedicated to providing participants in the Indian market with independent opinion. He has over 30 years of experience in the corporate sector, including a significant stint as its Managing director and CEO. He is on the Board of Directors of many organizations including the GreatShip group, Subex Limited, Capital First Limited and Steiner AG. Mr. Singhvi consistently demonstrates his commitment to the larger society through his close association with organizations like SAMPARC among others.

Renu Sud Karnad

Managing Director, Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC Ltd.)

Ms. Karnad has been an integral part of HDFC since 1978 and was inducted into the Board as the Executive Director in 2000. Under her leadership, HDFC has grown consistently in its lending business with cumulative home loan disbursements of over INR 3.73 billion. She has to her credit numerous awards and accolades including the CNBC TV 18 ‘Outstanding Woman Business Leader’, Business & Economy magazine ‘Best Woman Corporate Leader’ and FICCI ‘Women Achievers’ Award’

 

 

 Venugopal Dhoot

Chairman and Managing Director, Videocon Industries Ltd.

 

He is one of the promoters of the Videocon group of companies and has been instrumental in growth and promotion of the Videocon group. He is an Advisor to the Government of Orissa on issues of industrial development in Orissa. He also serves as the President of Indo Japanese Association and the President of the Electronic Industries Association of Marathwada.

Pavan Kumar Varma

Diplomat and Author

 

Mr. Varma held the prestigious post of India’s ambassador to Bhutan until October 2012 until his decision to contribute to clean politics and good governance by taking on a political role. He has been Press Secretary to the President of India, the Spokesman of the Ministry of External Affairs, Joint Secretary for Africa, High Commissioner for India in Cyprus, Director of the Nehru Centre in London and Director General of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, New Delhi. A writer of depth and insight, he has carved a niche for himself as an author of several well-acclaimed books.

 

Mr. Günter Conrad: Chairman, CON_First GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany.

 

Mr. Conrad is a top management strategy consultant working with his European and Indian clients on transforming their enterprise to be relevant in the future.

 He served in Andersen Consulting/Accenture for twenty-seven years until 2001and then founded his own company to work with his clients in reviewing their strategic positioning and in charting their future course.

 During the past twenty years he has been developing and implementing enterprise transformation programs with his clients. His present research topic deals with effective leadership styles of entrepreneurs and executives in extraordinary turbulent times, moving from motivational to inspirational leadership to respond to the call for a human globalization in line with the “Rules of the Universe”.
