Inspiration and Implementation

Time, mind and business

As business functions become increasingly complex, the role of specialists and domain experts has become significant. The deployment of cross functional teams for projects requires business leaders to understand the dynamics of what drives people and how they interact with one another. This session will look at transcending traditional business school theories on employee satisfaction and happiness, and building a theory of how leaders can inspire their teams to achieve excellence.
